First it’s a lot smaller than they make it look. Second there were absolutely NO instructions on when, how or anything at all included with the bottle. The pills are enormous and last but not least, IT MADE MY CONDITION WORSE AND I HAD TO QUIT TAKING IT!!!!! Ripped me off for $70 and in todays economy it wasn’t something I could afford! I have Chrons disease and SHAME ON YOU! Can’t return the crap either!!

So far, nothing has changed. I realize that it's a short period of time but I would think it would at least show some noticeable results by now. Disappointed but still hopeful! But not sure I would spend this amount of money for this product at all. You have to take 4 very large pills every day so there really isn't as much in the bottle as you think. They don't smell bad but it does taste of grass...not completely unpleasant. Will finish out the bottle but I'm doubtful that I will buy more.Edit: Tried one tab a day for the last few months and at first, didn't notice anything HOWEVER, my IBS has gotten much better! This was the only thing I changed about my diet and pills. If you only take one tab a day, it's actually quite reasonable on the cost. If you had to take more, I'd be hesitant because then cost DOES become a factor. Am happy enough with the results that I will be buying another bottle!

I am loving this probiotic supplement so much! It arrived quickly and will package. The capsules are standard size capsules, and easy to swallow. There is no discernible odor. The capsules are a ivory gray on the inside. You take four per day, and I have really had a great experience with my stomach since I started taking meats! They haven’t caused any discomfort and all around. I just feel better!
