Rubbish quality
As per many of the other reviews, these are very poor quality. The sticks themselves held up ok but the rubber ends came off after only a few songs. One even slipped off midway through the song meaning I had to put my little finger over the end to stop the individual rods sliding out the back...When I contacted the supplier they were equally useless and just said to super glue the ends on if I needed to...Returned for a full refund (Amazon great as always) and will pay the extra and order proper Hot rods in future.

A little bit fragile
I Use these for a selection of low key blues songs. Ideal to play an unmic’d acoustic kit instead of brushes. They do feel a little flimsy compared to some rods I use but we’ll see.

Falls apart even after I glued them together.
Fell apart instantly, so I got no more nails and glued them together and somehow they STILL fell apart.Cheap... so pretty much exactly what I expected.

Seem to do the job, give a nice gently sound
These gives a nice, softer sound when used on the ride, and an interesting sound on the second (mid) tom. Also an interesting and different sound if used cross stick on snare.Great if you want the drums to sound softer and less prominent in the mix.How long twill they last?Don't know, but suspect a while. They seem well made for what they are, but they are not designed for heavy hitting, but why would you?Use them gently for a great jazz, country ballad sound etc.Would I buy again - Yes

OK for beginners
These are not very well made.I had to glue the sticks in place and the plastic holders are all loose.Hot Rods are much better but I was not near a store to get the real ones.

Rubbish
Absolute garbage. Fell apart almost immediately. Waste of money. They are cheap for a reason. I will now be using them as firefighters

Pathetic - Do Not Buy
Used these for a gig as my old ones I’ve had for years are starting to snap rods so bought these ahead of a gig last night, went through two of the pairs as they were falling apart! Literally had to pick rods up from all over the stage after the gig. Extremely poor quality!
