Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love this tea!! It’s delicious and one of my favorite tastes, it’s also apparently really good holistic Medicine, great for balancing hormones in women. But besides for the possible side effects, you can taste the quality

Has made a difference with my insomnia, I still have it but it helps me relax more at bedtime. I feel like it also making a difference with my cortisol levels as well.

for years I was taking sleeping pills to sleep-I was a postal worker for 31 years-so at night I was having a problem sleeping so because of that I messed up my liver--so upon my homework Milk Thistle was recommended for liver problems and since I drink tea everyday I decided to get Milk Thistle in a tea--since I have been drinking it the pain in my side is gone and I am walking better so I can not wait in July to get tested again--the taste is not bad so that is a plus

Good flavor and nice not 50 Individual packets but instead in one large resealable package.

Very good. Lacking a bit of taste. But I am a fan and will buy again
