Excellent for the price
I'd been looking for something like this for a while, including some much more expensive options. I saw this for about £7 and thought "why not?"Well, I was very pleasantly surprised. The velcro is pretty sturdy, and it's very comfortable - most of the time you're not even aware it's on, even when there are cards in it.Excellent item - and it came early!

Wish I’d taken notice of the other reviews that stated this is very small. Be aware, you have to pay for the return too!

Essential for travelling with money or cards.
I purchased this for a two day trip to Twickenham and wanted to take plenty of cash but was wary of pick pockets. This was a good fit and was very comfortable. Once strapped on it was very easy to forget it was there, even when worn all day. It has 2 pockets each of which has velcro fastening tabs. I thought there might be a problem with money slipping out but there was no movement whatsoever.I would definitely recommend this over a money belt, which does not always fit all sizes, and is not always very comfortable.

Very much depends on leg / arm size
I bought this to conceal cash on a recent excursion in a high crime country.. It works but I’m not convinced about the Velcro for security. Fits my lower leg and arm. Did the job but I wasn’t 100% Confident it wouldn’t work loose without me realising. I’m using it now for running to hold my phone. I can feel it attached to me so even if it breaks loose I’ll know. It was cheap, did the job. Make sure it fits your body correctly and test it before filling with cash…

Sizes are not true.
I ordered the small size after measuring my leg exactly as depicted on the photo and identifying the appropriate size for me. Item turned up ahead of delivery date but like others have said, it was way too small. I could not even get either Velcro end near to each other to do up.Easy to complete the refund process but have been charged a fee for postage despite product being inaccurately advertised in terms of size. I only received half of the amount I should have been refunded. Seller contacted for resolution (which they promptly refunded in full).Overall, item would be very handy - if it fitted, but not giving more than one star, due to inaccurate sizing described.
